SCOTUS Has to End End Roe v. Wade

A man named Bruce Johnson wrote Barry Manilow’s hit, “I Write the Songs.”.

No one knows who invented the fire hydrant because the building in which the patent was filed burned down in 1836.

An infestation of beetles killed a tree dedicated to Beatles guitarist George Harrison.

Women helped elect a president whose mission was a Supreme Court to eliminate a woman’s right to choose.

Voting has consequences

Everyone knew that if Donald Trump defeated Hillary Rodham Clinton, Trump would get to leave his mark on American jurisprudence for a generation.

Though SCOTUS is supposed to be above partisan politics, the general understanding seems that the party whose president happens to be in office chooses candidates they hope will vote their way.

That’s what the GOP has done.

Once he became POTUS, Trump nominated three justices to the United States Supreme Court, the most of any President of the United States since Richard Milhous Nixon.

The woman Trump chose for SCOTUS is Any Coney Barrett. He first nominated her to the Seventh Circuit, and the Senate confirmed her on October 21st, 2017.
