Honesty can be the most incredible policy to watch play out.

Some Americans may gnash their teeth about the Royal Family’s decision to change the rules and ensure that the children of Harry and Meghan won’t become princes or princesses.

America Had to Adjust

They forget the history of the National Basketball Association, which was all white, predominantly Jewish, and then primarily Italian — before the current situation.

It was a long time before anyone other than white players received the express written permission of Major League Baseball to play the game.

America was not shy with Jackie Robinson either.

The same goes for the National Football League. White guys used to think that only they could handle certain positions on the field. Perhaps the Royal Family also needs time to adjust?

Some Get It, Others Don’t

Remember when the marathon was all white? I remember what Bill Rodgers, a champion for whom I used to stan hard, said after he ran 2:09.55.
